Three things decide a patient's life
The shock opens a crew
At zero the line goes flat, and trading stays open. The first real buy after that is the shock. For —, all who buy join the crew, weighted up to — each, so a bot gains nothing by being first.
The watch decides
For — the crew earns a share of the fees other wallets pay. It counts as a save if the pulse holds and at least — other wallets buy — in all. Selling takes you off the crew.

The fee falls in a straight line from — to — over — seconds. A launcher's first buy inside the launch pays the normal fee.

What a code really is
A share of fees rarely covers a falling price. Your real stake in a code is the token you bought, and the share only comes on top of it. Saves are not promised, and most dead tokens stay dead. Your doctor card shows your record so you can judge for yourself.

What a winner gets
- 50% buys the token back and burns it, in equal parts on a public schedule.
- 30% to the creator after —, and gone if they sell before then.
- 20% to the crews that saved it. No crew, and it joins the buyback.
- Room No. 1 at the top of the ward, a gold trace and a mark on its chart for good.
To qualify: at least — old, — buyers outside the creator's circle, top ten holders under —, no sale by the creator. A prize never tops — of the fees others paid on that token that day. Wallets funded from one source count as one buyer.
